Has anyone canceled Dish network

I was wandering if anyone has cancelled Dish Network within the 30 day trial. Do they charge anything? I love Dish Network just not the customer support I have had a receiver problem since install and cant get ahold of anyone to help me

I suspect somehow that there's no 30-day trial with them, just like many req'd their own contract term when people thought they were getting "no committment" like Dish's website used to say.
