I don't know anything about that specific device, but I would advise you to get a USB 2.0 DVB-S/DVB-S2 tuner if you are serious about a USB device for a laptop. If you are using a desktop PC, my advice would be a DVB-S/DVB-S2 PCI tuner card directly to your desktop PC bus and avoid the USB 2.0 tether.

With the migration to or launching of new things in DVB-S2 over time, you may find yourself disappointed with just a DVB-S tuner like the auction lists.

you will need to add a satellite dish since this is just the tuner part.
