Harmony One is use how can I control receiver from other room?

I have an HR20-700 in our big living room that I run with a Harmony One (IR) remote. I would like to run another TV in the room below from the HR20. What are my options (if any) of having a remote that can control the HR20 from the room below. Since the Harmony One is an IR remote the HR20 has to be set on IR so I can’t use an RF remote, right? If I change the HR20 to use an RF remote then the Harmony One won’t work. I need the Harmony One as the wife can’t operate the home theater system without it. Do I have any options other than switching the HR20 from IR to RF to IR depending on what remote I want to control the receiver?

Thanks for the help in advance.

You certainly can use your Harmony in an adjacent room, however, you need additional hardware. You need wireless IR repeaters. Not overly expensive if I remember correctly ($100-150)

This should work, or something like it.
