I recently had Voom installed and my whole experience has been an excellent one. The installation went great -- the guy showed up at 8:30 and was done by 10:00. I get my locals great even though I'm about 30 miles away and even get Baltimore which is 50 miles away. I love the whole Voom experience -- the programming, the STB, the remote -- couldn't be more happy. I have not experienced any of the problems that many of talked of in this forum -- no installation problems, no rain fade, no picture break-ups.
Frankly, I was very hesitant to sign up for Voom given all the complaints in this forum. But now that I have gotten the service I am very, very satisfied. Just glad I didn't pay too much attention to a lot of the bitching and moaning going on in this forum.
