One year ago, Dish Network launched Paul Douglas' "The Weather Cast". What a week that was...and still there's that broken promise we're still waiting for from DISH Network. My message to Dish...I think I'm developing rigor mortis.

Well Dish does have that alternative weather channel on 212, but its really hard to job the local weather from it.
