Has anyone had a problem with the network jack go dead after the CE? No lights are showing and no connection. Tested the cord and line and its good so its on the H23 unit.

Reverting back to see if it fixes issue. If not, its a call to Directv. Might try to snag an H24. They wont send one, but maybe I can get credits to go get one. After the speed of the HR24, everything under an Hxx4 is embarrassing.

Called Directv and they wont touch the H23 networking issue since I dont have their whole home solution. I could have called back and just said the unit wont start at all but I ordered an H24 instead on Amazon for $97 with free shipping. I want the speed of the H24.
