H21-200 Video probelm

The video is beginning to show horizontal white streaks beside moving images. When the video source is 1080p the right side of the screen about 2 thirds from the left side becomes a separate image than the left. Is this indicating a failure of the receiver? Can it be fixed with a new version of the software?

I would start with disconnecting the HDMI cable and then reseating it.

I tried re-seating the HDMI cable on both ends. No change.
