I have read that several users in the NY area are experiencing the same low frame rate that I have on my H20. This includes the SNY, and YES channel 96 feeds.
I talked to customer service, and they assured me that it was going to be fixed in the next update, and they were aware of the problem. Now, I am not so sure.
Does anyone know when, or if this will be fixed, and does this problem occur with the new HR20 DVR? Is it a hardware problem with the H20, or a transmission problem?
