H10 rebooting when anonymous call received

I have had an h10 for two months now but just now hooked it up to a phone line. Having a weird problem: I enabled the caller id and now when someone calls and their line is anonymous, the receiver reboots! Every time!!! Caller ID works normally otherwise.

Same problem here, my solution, unplug the phone line......... and hope that it all works properly with a new unit with mpeg4 later this year....

yeah and miss out on all of the HD channels programming until then and go to bed, until the new MPEG 4 stb come out
