Has anyone experienced this problem with an H10? The unit is working fine and all of a sudden the TV screen goes black and a message comes up in the lower right corner that states, "Service not available temporarily". The unit is frozen up. You can't do anything to it, not even turn it off with the power button. Then a few minutes later it comes back on and it works fine. The signal level is in the upper 90's so I know it is not an antenna problem, because of the box locking up. The TV in the other room works fine on the same channel during the time the unit goes black.
