Sorry - the subject is wrong, this is on my R15
Every so often when I go to push the Guide button - TWICE (don't get me started on that BS) my Custom Channel preferences as the top choice is gone. I just have the ALL CHANNNELS on top, then all the DTV groupings, but my customs I set up are gone. I can go back through the setup, and again select my custom channels as the default and it's fine for a few days, but then goes away again.
I could e-mail DTV and have them tell me to reset the receiver, which makes no sense but would be their first instructions so I'm hoping somebody here knows something that can help.
