Guide Showing No Info

Anyone else's 622 showing NO INFO for programs? It's not recording anything we have setup as well if it says NO INFO.

Have you tried a check switch test? That should force a guide info download.

or just up-plug it and plug it back in that will force a new guide also.

Un-plug and plug back in and tell me what happens.
