GTA Digital Cable Guam?

Anyone know how GTA in Guam gets their programming? Non of the US satellites have footprint on it? Is it fibered in from somewhere?

I loved my tour in Guam. I double toured there, although it hurt my career. WONDERFUL place. Make the most of it while you are there, ESP with scuba.
