Green Shortcut?

Can anyone tell me what that is when you press the green shortcut key and what it's used for? As far as I can tell it's like a 'Quick Access" to channels you pick. At first I thought it had something to go with favorites but it doesn't. I can't find anything in the manual or anything within options/settings on the hopper itself.

I wondered that myself and would like to know more. It seems to be a channel search of some kind, where you can filter the channel list by name. I have no idea what the grid of empty boxes does.

Its almost like a Favorite list. Its something left over from the 922 when the 922 had a touchpad remote.

I was handy when the 922 had the touchpad remote but I couldn't see how it is handy anymore. Maybe I'll have to play around with is some more.

I find it handy because I can find my channels no matter which favorite list is selected.
