Green Bay LIL's bad

Anybody else in the Green Bay, WI DMA have bad picture on the LIL HD's? OTA for me is perfect, but 2,5,11,26 from DirecTV is unwatchable.

I didn't want to start a new thread about something similar but did anybody else notice the hatchet job done by Fox on tonight's Cards vs. Eagles game. On both Sat & OTA the Chicago feed looked like an old "flicker show" with the video looking like it was missing every third or fourth frame.

Company always welcome here! Did not pay too much attention to the actual game, just flipped around to compare LIL vs. OTA. I did see part of the game in SD at parents on cable (Dad is stuck in his old ways) and it looked as good as SD on Time Warner cable ever has, although that's not saying much...
