Greek Channel Mega Cosmos gone

What is interesting is that MEGA who in like the first two years they started MEGA COSMOS coming to USA was going to pull the plug altogether if they didnt show a profit. I wonder how pulling a stunt like this is going to pan out now.
Personally I think ERT has the better programming over all anyway and that channel can be watched on the internet already for free when that server is not overwelm.
I can't see any elderly folks going to IPTV as most of the or many of them wouldnt even have a computer.

You would think that Mega would want as many distribution outlets as possible. Not very smart on their part.

Well, revisiting this old thread.....it's almost been one year since the old switcheroonie. Since then I've canceled all Greek programming except ERT because the Antenna stations suck. Now, with the DVR, I have more shows recorded than I have time to watch. Nonetheless, if Mega has lost tons of money, then I think we might see them come back to Dish in the fall. It should be interesting to see. I only wish that Dish would stop bundling almost everything with that stupid ANT package!
