The professional sports thread made me want to start a college one. Plus I'm looking for traditions that fans started. I know there are hundreds of great school traditions like the dotting of the I, running through the T, Howard's Rock, etc., but I'm looking specifically for fan traditions.

A couple that come to mind for me are the Vol Navy at Tennessee and rolling Toomer's corner at Auburn.

Neyland Stadium is located on the Tennessee River, and hundreds of fans come to the game by boat. They dock their boats together, and basically make it one big party.

Also, I've always thought that Auburn fans rolling Toomer's Corner after a victory was pretty cool.

What about FSU's "Chant / Chop" When you get a stadium packed with Garnett and Gold, chanting and chopping it can be a sight to see..

Can you guys spell anything over 4 letters?:D

Yes...for all his trials out of conference, Tressel still O - W - N - S you. :)

Oops, wait a second. Let's try this. This year we will W - I - N. You will L - O - S - E...

Oh no...

Your team is so B - A - ...oh forget it, I'm getting a headache with all of these big words...

Sandra, are you scared of the possibility of Ohio State playing a potential BCS game against Texas T-E-C-H.

They come from Lubbock, Texas- where defenses become D-E-A-D.

ROFLMAO!!! That was too funny.

FLA has a couple of "chants" Like Mr. Two Bits, which sadly this was the last season for him. and Of course the "Orange and Blue" fight between Alumni and Students.

Yea but the chomp just does not have the same effect the Seminoles Chop does... I almost became a seminole fan because I loved the chop so much, but alas, my brother was a seminole fan so it was natural I had to become a gator fan.
