Gray Screen with Time Warner

Several channels on both receivers are coming in with just a gray scree, and no audio. Some of them come in only in HD and some dont come in in HD but do in SD. Any suggestions, I turned both boxes off for a while, then back on (removed power cable and cable cable). I called Time Warner, but dont have the phone number for the person that actually signed up so they couldnt help me tonight. Any quick fix ideas???? Thanks in advance, I really would like to watch the soccer game tonight...... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
