When I built my latest computer I just used the same graphics card I have been using for the last 8 years, Radeon HD 4650. I am now looking to update this outdated card and was looking for a descent card that is around $200 or less.

I have:

Gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H mother board
Phenom (Thuban) II x6 1075T 3.00 GHz hex-core processor
650W power suppy
Asus VH238H monitor
Windows 7 64-bit
12 Gigs of ram (DDR3 PC-12800)

What would you guys recommend?

Those are fantastic charper.I sent him a few links with less expensive cards but if dk wants to spend a little more, those are great!depends I guess what he'll use it for and if he has the space for some of those cards in his pc case.

Dodger, I see you posted a 650W power supply; but what kind & type of connectors?
Newegg.com - Antec EarthWatts EA650 650W Continuous Power ATX12V Ver.2.2 / EPS12V version 2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC "compatible with Core i7/Core i5" Power Supply

All of them are listed are HDCP ready and one is HDCP compliant, what is the difference between ready and complaint? I need to be able to use DirecTV2PC with no issues

Also, my monitor is 1920 x 1080, not the 1920 x 1050 like most monitors. These card have no issue displaying 1080p?
