Got Nimiq 1 - Need Nimiq 3

I have a good signal on the Nimiq 1 Transponders at 91W - signal strength well into the 90s on the setup screen.

However, I have 0 signal on the Nimiq 3 transponders at 91W.

What am I missing here and how do i fix it - or can I?

I should note I am in Florida and have a 1 Meter Dish.

ExpressVu bought an old DirecTV satellite and called it Nimiq3. Since the coverage isn't the same as Nimiq1, they had to tilt it to their legal area (Canada)

In turn, the people in California, Arizona, South Texas, AL, MS, FL, Ga, etc can't get it...
