First, that is not evidence the issue is resolved, second, many of those links show the same thing, promise of reaching out to the customer and then nothing, radio silence.Read the second reply

I have gone to two separate stores, and spent a total of 2 hours and 23 minutes on the phone trying to get someone to give us the access to Youtube TV + NFL Sunday ticket that was promised when we signed up with verizon on our new plan and have had zero luck - with the most help being an agent...community.verizon.com
