Get East Coast Networks on West Coast

I live in LA and was wondering if anyone has had D* turn on the East coast networks?

I really don't need them but it would be nice to watch ABC, NBC, CBS, & FOX 3 hours earlier.

Can someone who has had them activate these channels tell me what I need to tell them to do it?

Are you in a white area or a O&O area? Can't that get you activated?
