GeoSat Pro 200 software update request

Just a minor software request for the Geosat 200

Noticed that there is no Amazonas 2 KU sat in the list. C-Band is but not KU
With Telstar 14 at 63W not being used anymore for a NA beam I renamed it that but maybe it can be added to the list in a software update

Please provide an active tp, polarity, symbol rate to place in the Transponder List.

No automatic update (OTA-SSU) is scheduled for the the 12/27, but will have changes up on 1/2/2012.

well lets do a bigger update then

TP changes to give each sat one good TP for aiming

AMC6 (72W)...change 11890 H 1666 to 11967 H 1666
AMC16 (85)...change 12195 H 3978 to 12035 H 3978
G28 (89W)....change 11787 transponder to 11887 H 6666
G17 (91W)....change 12050 transponder to 12010 V 11575
G25 (93W).....both TP's are outdated...add 12002 V 4352 or 11902 H 5900
SES1 (101W)..change symbol rate on 11860 H to 30000 or add 11820 H 20000
AMC21 (125W)...remove 12104 TP

othwerwise it looks good

The list is updated with your input and ready for update. I would put it in the stream before the 2nd, but prefer not to push updates unless necessary.

I always wanted to partner with SatelliteGuys and use "The List", but never able to get the app to generate a Channel Master compatible list......

we use to but I see that isnt working. I know qwert1515 (who actually runs thelist) is doing a complete makeover of it so maybe that is one change that will work

I am sorry about that, I did not know that the download feature was not working...
The way that files were zipped on the old server does not work on the new server.
The Gzip file version still works and can be opened with most compression programs including 7-Zip (open source and free)

You might want to drop 12132 H 27500 from Amazonas at 61, as it just recently went S-2 (12132 H 28799)! LOL! Been DVB-S for a long time, then changes days after Iceberg mentions it!
