they have added a new channel that says Q in the channel listing and it says Q test on that channel.

Yep, it's listed (ch. 146). Had it on the front page originally, but because of the flood of temporary channels, it must have gotten bumped from the headlines. Sort of reminds me of the Google logo

The Cool TV is temporary down with color bars. No word about what's happening. But, keep your eyes on that "Q Test" channel. I have a suspicion The Cool TV is going to be moving there.
