Galaxy 13 -- BBC

Lyngsat shows BBC World as ITC on Galaxy 13. Does anyone happen to know if this is 4:2:0 or 4:2:2 ?

I have a sapre 10' dish I could put up to get this, but don't want to bother doing that if it turns out to be 4:2:2 and would need another $5k or so for a receiver!

It's 4:2:0.

It's ITC and it's 4:2:0, but you can get a STB receiver (Quali-tv QS1080IR) for $700 + shipping (used to be $15), also you can get a PC card or a DVBWorld USB box (they do 4:2:2 and HD) for considerable less money.
