I am very new at this, I have a rotor sat hh90, I have my Satellite at 97.0W IA-5, Freq 11.749, LNb Power ON, LNB Type Universal, LNB Freq 9.75/10.60, DISEqC Motor 1.2....My Level is reading 80%, but the Quality won't go above 7%. Can someone help me and tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I have coolsat 5k platinum,ultrasat model us-200l LNB, im located in texas, also got latitude/longitude info from Stab website. They told me that my lat was 30.5, long was 97.7 and elevation was 40.0. The website that I purchased receiver from told me that my evelation was 54.4. I've tried both but my quality never changes. My zip code is 78664

Can u explain how the setup works, under Dish Setting, is there anything special I need to do, as well as in the Motorized Setting? Do I just setting my dish at 30N and 97W with 40.1 elevation, because I've done that and still there's only 7% Quality. At this point I'm at a lose on what to do.
