There is the ST500 & 550 by manhattan-receivers. These units have a 36v 5amp output for dish positioner. They are out of the UK and start at around $350 shipped to U.S..

I'm currently looking to upgrade my FTA or use a new receiver as reason to put up one of my spare Hydros & AJAK mounts and considering the 550 that is pvr ready.

Billion here
I need some advice on a FTA receiver that has the ability to
move a 10.5 solid dish using a 24" actuator arm.
Thanks in advance billion

Slave an analog receiver to it . If you use a LNBF you can let the DVB-S FTA IRD do the polarity switching . If you use a LNB , use the analog receiver to switch polarity .
