FSN Pitt - HD Channel w/SD Feed

Why is E* showing SD Feed on the HD channel?
Monday Pirates@Cubs game shown in SD on the HD channel. WGN did brodcast same game in HD. Tuesday game in SD on HD channel again.

Unsure whether other outlets had HD feed - D*, cable, Fios....

Somebody please help me to understand?

Let's go Pens! Your home town team has really looked great with Byalsthma (apologize for misspelling).

Sometimes software glitches revert to SD feed. Can not remember what 2009 NFL playoff game it was, but there was one that showed about 5 minutes in HD. The rest came through in SD. Have witnessed during network TV shows both OTA and Dish. Not saying this is what happened, but is a possibility.

I'm starting to wonder if FSN Pittsburgh forget to pack the HD camera when they go on the road. It always seems only home games are in HD and away games are always in SD. It sucked On Monday I watched WGN because the quality was so clear compaired to FSN SD feed.
