I think there was a thread that stated that FSN MW HD was on 129. I presently have 61/110/119 and note that Lyngsat does not show this channel on either 61.5 or 129. Am I SOL or do I need to go to 129 or is it available at all from DN?

If its on 129, will DN change move 61.5 dish or do I need to do it my self with a 24" dish considering 129's signal is reportedly weak? TNX

Well, we need more info. I assume you have the a dish Detwork package without locals. Am I correct? I also assume you currently subscribe to DishHD. If both of these are the case, you can turn your 61.5 dish to 129 and recieve all your current HD channels PLUS FSN HD. The downside is the 129 bird is, well, the 129 bird. However, you shouldn't have a problem with it with a dedicated dish.

Correct assumptions with 61.5/110/119 and inquirey about FSN HD. IF I had subscribed to LILs, I assume that DN would have given me a 1000.2 for 118.7. FSN HD was moved from 61.5to 129. Have not been watching FSN lately since Rams never made playoffs and were abysmal in general this year. The dish will have to be moved, not just rotated, for me to get 129 and my health problems prevent me from doing it. I doubt DN will pick up the tab but thought someone might know one way or the other. DN knows I am on 61.5 as that info was passed to them when I activated my 622 about 9 months ago.

You could sub to LIL's to get the 1000.2 and drop the locals later, maybe. If you have a DVR, having the HD LIL's is pretty nice (record two HD locals and one OTA local all at once, for example).

Call and subscribe to HD locals, they will have to come install a Dish 1000+ and you will get all your sats you need. You will be pointing to 110,118,119, and 129. Give it a month and cancel the locals. Replace the 118 cable on your switch to 61.5. You will then have 61.5,110,119,129. Perfect!
