Wife had this phone in use for about 6months.. looks new. Have the box too.
Comes with all accessories from factory. She upgraded and disconnected this one from service. No balance at all since we pay on time every month.

Although its like new, its considered used so this sale will be considered as Sold As Is. With most PDA's is always a great idea to consider replacement insurance when Activating new service.. its well worth the $7.00 a month. Of course, thats really up to you.

I personally have the Mogul by Sprint and have dropped it like 5 times and got a replacement right away from Sprint for having the insurance. Best this is that you can go to any Sprint Store and they swap it on the spot.. sweet huh?

not meaning to sabtoge this thread but i just bought a used phone (and while it works fine), evidently got moisture in it. when i activated it earlier this week, the sprint sales lady strongly suggested i add the insurance in case the phone eventually quits working. she told me i would get a new one, no questions asked.

but i was curious....i can really go to a sprint owned store and just swap the phone if it develops a problem? don't you have to call the insurance company to file a claim? (i've had to do that in the past with other carriers). and is there a deductible you have to pay?

Yep, I can attest to the Sprint TEP package on smartphones... For a mere $7 a month it's worth it. It has a $50 deductable for replacements, but most stuff is free. I have a mogul too with TEP and it's well worth it. Each store is different, but the local store I deal with is really great at this kind of thing. My wife's phone got dropped and run over by a car, TEP replaced it for $50. Then the replacement got dropped in the toilet (kids are funny that way) and sprint replaced it no questions asked ($50 again).

My mogul had a key pop off the keyboard, so the store grabbed one out of the box in the back and got me up and going no problem (no fee either as it was not my fault it broke).

Phone was sold sunday morning locally on CL.
