Pretty much is a 9 out of 10 and it comes with the original box + manual + rubber antenna + black battery holder and also includes the USB programming cable.

Also selling my Bearcat BC250D Digital Police Scanner. This particular scanner is about 6 out of 10 condition wise externally but functions excellent. Only thing missing is the volume knob but can be purchased for $4.99 online. Also I like how sensative it is when it comes to receiving signals. In fact its more sensative then any digital scanner Ive used personally.

Comes with original bearcat rubber antenna + rechargable battery pack (holds a good charge that lasts for hours) + power cord + Digital P25 card (already installed).
