Damn....LMAO....my Raiders have a total of 8 wins in the last 3 SEASONS and you don't see Al Davis going into THIS KIND of panic!

Growing increasingly frustrated by the team's winless state, Dolphins owner Wayne Huizenga is in talks about selling the team to a pair of major real estate developers, Jorge Perez and Stephen Ross.

The surprise development comes 13 games into the worst on-field season in the Dolphins' proud history. Huizenga's asking price is between $1.1 billion and $1.2 billion, a high-level source has told The Miami Herald.

Although Huizenga declined to comment, Perez, a Miami real estate developer, confirmed Friday that he and Ross are in discussions with Huizenga about the potential purchase.

''We are looking at it very, very seriously,'' said Perez, chairman and CEO of The Related Group, one of the biggest condominium builders in the country.

Two days earlier, Ross, a New York builder and business partner of Perez, had denied speaking with Huizenga about possibly buying the team, stating he was not interested ''at this point'' in purchasing an NFL franchise.

A successful deal could take as long as a month, and Ross is expected to be the bigger investor between he and Perez if they indeed decide to purchase the team.

Huizenga has spoken to several confidants outside of the organization, voicing his frustrations while even naming Ross as a potential suitor who would be willing to enter into negotiations.

Sources within the organization also are aware of Huizenga's growing discontent and potential desire to sell the team. Huizenga has in the past said the Dolphins are not for sale, but always added the caveat that he would consider any serious offer

Why couldn't it be William Clay Ford (Lions)? Huizenga'a frustrated? He should try being a Lion's fan.

Well...alot has gone on....in a matter of LESS than 2 seasons! You had a coach you TRULY wanted, lie to your face and bolt in the night. The free agent QB you wanted is out for the season, your most promising player, also out for the season....AND though you have a bright future in John Beck, Ted Ginn and Ronnie Brown... the rest are old and decrepid...AND that UGLY ASS 0-13 looming like the plague! THIS city is not use to their MOST beloved franchise, the Dolphins, being THIS bad THIS soon. And don't kid yourself, the Marlins and the Heat combined have won MORE championships in the last 5 years than the Dolphins have EVER won all together....but this will ALWAYS be a Dolphin town. As terrible as this may sound Paul, the Lions are USE TO LOSING...the Dolphins are not.

I believe its all thanks to Ricky WIlliams IMO. He single handedly destroyed that team.

LMAO....I know WHO's post to find when I need a laugh. It had very little to nothing to do with Ricky Williams. The management of this team has had a HISTORY of F***ING up draft picks, letting go players that didn't get a proper chance and complete lack talent evaluation. And Huizenga is totally at fault. In many case, since he buying the team, he has had a history of putting NON-football people making football decisions.

But thanks for the laugh Vurbano.....:haha:haha:haha

The Dolphins have so little talent it is ridiculous and they never really cared to develop other areas of the team because of the running game they had. ANd that is a management issue. But when Ricky as there, they had an attraction and a chance of winning. Management dropped the ball not developing the team. When Ricky left it hit them like a ton of bricks. Its a good thing Huizenga wants out. Perhaps someone interested in winning will take over.

Plus they wasted two first round picks for one good season from him. He liked pot more than football, but that's ownerships fault for trading for him.

They brought in to many older players, and didn't develop enough younger players. I hope they are enjoying Porter.

Doesn't mean I have to like it!:D

We've both lost our minds. By the way, another gem of a game by the Lions today. These guys quit in the first quarter.

We have won alot of 'moral victories' that has only produced 4 wins. We HAD the Colts. Manny had not been hurried, rushed, sacked this year as much as the Raiders did today...with LITTLE to NO BLITZES! They are just a couple of playmakers away from contending in the West. And they have done it with a one-legged and never-was QBs. I think IF they can pick up SOME SPEED at the WR....

You also got jobbed out of 2 PI call at the end of the game, brutal!

Looked like Huizenga was all choked up after the Fin's victory yesterday. Guess he still wants to sell? He seems to shoot from the hip when it comes to his Dolphins.

Well....that is unfortunately, part of the game. Truth be told, GOOD TEAMS(like the Colts yesterday) find a way to win in situations like that, BAD TEAMS(like my Raiders) somehow LOSE games like that......Nature of the beast:(

LMAO...the funniest part is, NOW with that win. They WILL bring back that mediocre QB in Lemon and that mediocre coach in Cameron...because of ONE WIN! LOL

Let him sell them, he sucks as a owner, just ask the Marlins fans.

Yes. The writing was one the wall when they drafted that QB last draft. You get a 5 yr. window in the NFL to win the Super Bowl, and this team is moving to rebuilding. (If they're smart).

WHo's doing play by play on tonight's NFL game?
