Frontier Takeover of Verizon - Dish Network Bundling

Are all of these customers that are going to be going with Frontier going to be eligible for the Dish Network / Frontier Bundling? Also I wonder how many people are going to be ticked off that they do not get the Verizon / Directv bundling anymore.

I can see a lot of Dish Network retailers mad that they will have some new competition as Frontier will be trying to sell Dish Network in the 14 states.
