How do I setup frontier webmail on my iPhone? We were verizon and now frontier took over. I don't know the incoming and outgoing server names or settings.

I'll give you something to try, the old Verizon service incoming and outgoing was easy, I'll guess that Frontier will be as well.
Try:
incoming.frontier.net (or com, don't remember which) and
outgoing.frontier.net/com
Verizon used
incoming.verizon.net and
outgoing.verizon.net
Seeing it's still the same company with a different name, give them a try.
As of the time that I left Verizon/frontier, my settings were still at the old Verizon setting, will they still work ?
You would think they would till they send some new info to you ...
They seem to haven't changed...
Frontier | Residential & Business High Speed Internet/Broadband (DSL), Fiber-Optic and Satellite TV (FiOS and DIRECTV), Phone Plans, Bundles
And if/when they change names, it most likely will be just aliases and the old will continue to work.
To avoid DNS issues just use IPs: 206.46.232.10/12 for incoming/outgoing.
