OK...here is a 2nd Friday Fun poll. And this one is actually on a Friday :)

kinda takes off the 1st one about favourite RTN show. Since most of the Equity channels are on G10 I'll ask this......

Do you have a separate dish for G10?

no..I have a motorized and just move the dish there when I want my RTN fix
yes and that is my only dish
yes due to line of site issues

no..I do not have access to G10 KU but get my RTN fix off G3 C-Band
I do not watch RTN

yes I have a fixed dish at G10 but my motirized can get there too. I have 2 receivers that have G10 in them (one gets just G10 and the other is part of multiple LNB setup). Its nice to watch something on G10 while scanning the skies for something else during that time :)

I have a seperate dish for G10 also for pretty much the same reasons. My motorized can hit it, but since I like to scan the east side of the arc alot, it's much more conveinent for a dish to be at G10 all the time.

I have a fixed dish on G10 also, and my motorized can get there too. Like the idea of just hitting the channel numbers and there they are :up

I set up an old starchoice 60E on 123 and 119. Put a dielectric in the lnb to get signal on 118.7. It works good on 118.7 (except for the fact there is nothing but encrypted channels and 1 junk channel) but I can't get KATV on 123. The rest of the fta channels on G10 come in, but not as strong as on my motorized.:( I need a larger fixed dish.

Im with satin, I have motors but also a fixed dish on G10 (its for the family room tv as I didn't want to try slaving off my motor-system)
But even with the motor setup I'd prob leave one dish on G10.

My vote: Yes I have a fixed dish at G10 but my motirized can get there too.
But I also have a P* focused on G10 with lnbf's @ 129.0w & 119.0w, used with switches in association with a T90, with 2 Coolsat 5000's enjoying them.

no..I do not have access to G10 KU but get my RTN fix off G3 C-Band

I'm hoping to cure that lack of Ku access in the near future though.

I have 2 motorized dishes. One sits on G10R , except when blindscanning, and one sits on G26 ( CBS Newspath) except when blindscanning. Sometimes, the roles change, of course , and I do some Q comparisons, etc.

I put the Primestar 75E on G10R as I heard there was news on some of the stations. Since we are 100 miles from OTA the Sats. are our best chance to get anything. Have not found even national news yet, but I am rather busy so... Want to get C-band up asap, and rain seems to have stopped so maybe I can get ditches dug in next 2 weeks!

The ABC stations on G10 have the ABC National news

KWTO (12103 V 2222)
KKTU (11720 V 27692 4th channel in mux)
KATV (11800 V 26660 I think 12th or 13th channel in mux..not at home to check) :)

THANK YOU! I did not see KWTO in the scan, so I will recheck. I worked at KWTO radio in Springfield MO in 1963-64 (with Wally Fender, I think it was), while in college! I should have seen that one. I will also check the others. Thank you again. :D:D:D:)

GOT IT, Thanks again!

I have a fixed dish on G10 but my motorized can get it also. I sometimes use the motorized dish on G10 because I like to check out whats on Whitesprings on G27 and scince my dish is all the way over there I'll just watch G10. Better sig and quality with fixed dish though.
