Freezing on G10 11.719

I have a coolsat 4000 pro, sg2100, fortec 80cm dish. I can get all the other tp (11.800, 11.987, 12.116, 11.807). These all come in with signal b/w 70 - 82 and quality of 65 - 75. But whenever I try any channel on 11.720, it is constant freezing and broken audio, but the signal is 79 and quality is 63. The signal and quality seem to match the other TP's that I can get all the time and 11.720 never comes in. I've tried flexing the dish to improve quality but it seems to be tuned in as good as it gets. I live 60 miles north of montana out in the country.

What should I try to get the 11.720 TP?

Ok, so because I do have signal quality on 11.720, then I must be getting to much noise (crosspole) probably from echo9 bird. But how do I try to correct the problem. I tried changing my freq. for the lnb from 10750 a little but it didnt seem to help. Should I go to a bigger dish, which I understand would have a tighter focus (and more gain)

On a side note, I have a GPS system for the farm. The system has been acting up more than it should all spring / summer and the company is blaming it on solar flares. I know solar flares can mess up satellite also. Is this contributing to problems in getting certain tp's or increasing the noise ratio

As far as solar flares, check http://www.spaceweather.com/ for the solar forecast. It says that the sun has been "remarkably blank and quiet lately."
