Free preview channels not showing up in Dish Online guide

I was hoping to record a few movies but the StarZ channels aren't showing up in guide via Dish Online. I did a chat and they rehit my receiver, but the channels still don't show up in the guide. Anyone else?

Some receivers do not show channels unless they are subscribed to. Be worried if they do not show up once they are supposed to be active.

Maybe you locked the channels out? I've done that in the past, then they don't show up in the guide.

Also, if the channels need to be actively subscribed in order to set recordings.
