The barn was taken down, but the guy never finished doing it, so whatever is left is free, but you must take even the bad wood too. I do have pics of the inside before it was ripped apart if you want to see them, best to look what is left, which could even be a damn board with a 150 year square nail in it, lots of them were found with a metal detector its on an 8 acre lot with a long-forgotten road that was once a dirt road going back to the 1,600s which was part of the main road from New Haven to Danbury once. Even an old one-room schoolhouse was there in 1971 when I moved here, I think it was taken down in the 70s, and the old house about 10 years ago built by an
old sea captain it had a ship staircase in it when I was inside once.
