FSN South and Time Warner Cable will broadcast 10 Memphis Grizzlies games in high-definition television this season.

The telecasts, airing on TW Digital Cable channel 825, begin with the Grizzlies' game at the Phoenix Suns Dec. 23, starting at 8 p.m. Central time.

FSN South will air 60 live Grizzlies games in standard definition for Time Warner customers, but those who have high-definition capabilities can receive 10 of the 60 games in HDTV at no additional charge.

For each of the 10 dates, the broadcast includes the live, half-hour "Grizzlies Tonight" pre-game show, the live game telecast, live post-game coverage from the arena, and FSN South's "Southern Sports Report."

Collectively this season, the FSN regional networks nationwide will offer 70 local NBA games, providing about 210 hours of local programming.

Fox Sports Net is a unit of Fox Broadcasting Co. Combined with nearly 100 local Major League Baseball HD games produced this year, the telecast total makes FSN one of the nation's most significant producers of local HD programming.
