Does anybody have any info on when Dish will add Fox Sports Ohio/Cincinnati in Hi-def to the channel lineup .

The RSNs have just been showing up (randomly). There haven't been the usual "rumours" of them coming this time.... They snuck these in on everyone !

They'll show up when they show up. Patience is a virtue.
