Fox Soccer Channel and Fox Sports en Espanol... difference?

I'm a big soccer fan and would like to be able to get as many games as possible (English Premier League, Italian Serie A, etc). I currently have Fox Sports en Espanol through the Dish Latino bonus pack. Should I bother upgrading my current package to get Fox Soccer Channel, or is the channel basically just an English-language version of Fox Sports en Espanol? Do they broadcast the same matches or is there significant differences to justify getting both channels?

Yes and no. Sometimes the one has it live and the other tape delayed. Secondly, they both have sporting events including soccer that is only on the one or the other.
