Dear SVP of Programming:

We are very pleased to notify you that Fox News Network will be moving to PanAmSat's Galaxy 15 satellite by the end of the first quarter of 2006. This move will ensure that Fox News will continue to provide great service and quality programming for years to come.

The satellite was successfully launched by PanAmSat on October 13, 2005. Because Fox News wants to avoid any disruption in the delivery of its signal, we are providing you with this preliminary notice well in advance so that you can prepare for the move. In the near future, Fox News will be sending you the specifies of the move and the necessary technical information (including transponder number) so that you can transition to the new satellite with ease. Fox News will also provide you with technical support in order to minimize any disruption to our affiliates and viewers.

As mentioned above, in the near future, you will be receiving all of the information you need for a smooth transitionto Galaxy 15, however, if you have any questions prior to receiving that information, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Very truly yours,

FOX NEWS NETWORK, L.L.C.
