Found the problem with my dish

I went to watch FTA on Monday Night and I got nothing on my screen.

From where my FTA box is and where the Dish is are two different locations so I can't even tell if the Dish was moving.

On Sunday we had wind gusts around 60 MPH so I figured the dish was blown out of alignment and I would fix it on Saturday.

Just went out side to do something and went over to the Dish and figured out what the problem was.....

The LNB Holder broke in the wind storm and the LNB was dangling twards the ground.

SO I just ordered another LNB holder from Sadoun, I ordered it overnight so hopefully its here tommorow (or at least by the weekend)

Phew I am glad I figured that one out, I just got all my equipment setup the way I wanted in my room and I would hate to rip it all out again.

Glad it is an easy fix! You know, it might be wise for a guy to keep a spare lnb holder in your "FTA" box. I just put together a nice new tool box that is full of all my FTA/Satellite tools, parts, etc. It has compartments for connectors, screws, etc. I think I might have to order an extra holder. Sorry to take over the thread!
