HAVING PUT UP WITH VERIZON FIOS FOR OVER 3 YRS., I CAN SHARE THAT IT ALL SOUNDS GOOD ON TV COMMERCIALS, EVEN IMPRESSIVE, BUT ONCE SOMETHING GOES WRONG, IT SNOWBALLS INTO TV SERVICE HELL. I HAVE HAD EVERYTHING IMAGINABLE FROM 3 INSTALLS TO GET IT RIGHT, A HACKED FRONT YARD, TO BILLING ERRORS ONGOING FROM MONTH TO MONTH. THEY ACTUALLY CHARGED US FOR FIOS BUT GAVE US DSL SERVICE FOR 3 YEARS, DESTROYED A $4000. PROFESSIONAL MAC WORKSTATION, AND MORE. THEY HAVE SCREWED UP SO MUCH, AFTER ESCAPING CABLE TO THEM. WE FEEL EVEN MORE INTO THE TWILIGHT ZONE, AS THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO DESCRIBE THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION CLAIMS ARE FALSE. COMPLAINTS ARE SO MASSIVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE STATIONS HAVE BEEN SET UP COUNTRYWIDE. TRYING TO RESOLVE MATTERS OVER THE PHONE BECOMES HOURS ON THE PHONE AT A TIME. WE WANT TO SWITCH BUT ARE CLUELESS ABOUT WHERE TO GO. WE HAVE HEARD FROM MANY SOURCES DIRECT TV IS VERY GOOD & IMPROVING ALL THE TIME, I LOVE MOVIES, THE MEN, SPORTS, SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.
