Verizon has moved closer to providing video programming to Bucks customers who already are on the company's voice and data network.
The company is negotiating with 31 Bucks municipalities to develop a joint cable television franchise agreement. The agreement would allow Verizon to provide video programming over its fiber optic telephone network.
