he dosnt even need to aim at a DBS sat...if he hooks up the Dish LNB and brings up a sat that has the LNB Freq 11250 and the signal lights go up then its very possible his other LNB is bad

Update: I wasn't able to get it to work myself, but a friend of my uncle who works with satellites came by and was able to get it to work. He wasn't able to lock in on any signal with the Captive Works receiver, but when he used his Pansat he was able to find the signal. After that, he just connected the Captive Works back up and there was a strong signal. Turns out I was really close, just needed a magic touch I guess lol. Thanks for all the help everyone!
