Mom got upgraded to 722 on Saturday with no issue. Sister-in-law got the whole sha-bang installed on Saturday at her apartment with no issue. Installers were very nice and knowledgable. Odd that is was two different guys when the locations were only 1 mile apart.

Sister-in-law is saving $10 vs. basic Charter Cable out of the wall. She has top 200, with silver HD, and a 722. Isn't that amazing what charter charges for pretty much nothing (no guide, dvr, hd, etc)!?!?!
