Thanks for all the help in the past...I have finally found my true south satellite...AMC5..locked in at 76% quality. Hamilton Canada...39" multistar dish with motor. Coolsat pro 4000 reciever.
I'm just getting to know my reciever...is there a goto function on the coolsat...and my antenna longitude that I'm trying to set in the motorized settings is supposed to be -79.8 degrees East...how do I get a minus in there...I'm trying to get to Nimiq 2...which is 3 degrees west..Right now on my motorized settings I have AMC 5...DiSEqC Motor USALS...Sat degree 79 degrees west...and my antenna position 079.8 degrees E / 043.2 degrees N..But I should be minus 79 degrees...Will this not screw up my next satelite search....And how do I lock this sat in as my true south sat...everytime I switch sats the positioner moves...then when I go back to AMC 5 I have to move it east and west again to find it ???
