FCC Public Notice on Comments to Rainbow-1 Sale

The FCC released a Public Notice today 2/25, seeking comment on the sale of Rainbow-1 satellite and licenses to Dish (Echostar). It looks like the comment cycle ends on April 18th. My guess would be the FCC would make a ruling on this within 90 days which would put it no later than July 18th. Here's the link:
