Fashion TV HD Breaking up

Any one else noticing this problem or it something with my Pansat. Q is 76 on 97 WEST.

No problem here with a PC DVB card.

No problem with FTV with a 90cm and a sample testing receiver in Northern California.

I believe that it is a Pansat problem not signal problem. I have a Pan-9000 here an it does not like that signal at all, will freeze, green screen, lock up an tile from time to time. all of my other receiver play it fine AZ, SV-8000, Diamond, Vantage. also it does not matter what dish I use from a 90cm up to the 10-footers, the Pan just don't like FTV.

That is what I thought, every thing else on 97 West is flawless. I even hit 92 the other day for RT.
